2017 DRIVER OF THE YEAR
Congratulations to Mike Chapman!  RTTI’s Driver of the Year.
2018 SAFETY AWARD
RTTI received an award from the Idaho Trucking Association for an outstanding safety record for 2018! A representative from Great West Casualty presented it to Rich, Jane, Bryan, JB, and Tom. A big thank you to our dedicated drivers! Good Job #teamrtti and may you all have good day and return home safely.
2016 DRIVER OF THE YEAR
Wayne Powers was selected as the Driver of the Year for Rich Thompson Trucking, Inc.  Wayne attended the annual convention in McCall, ID that was held August 10 – 12, 2016  where he represented the company for the Driver of the Year award for the Idaho Trucking Association.  We would like to thank Wayne for his dedication to maintaining a high standard of safety for himself and for Rich Thompson Trucking, Inc.
IDAHO TRUCKING ASSOCIATION CONVENTION
​Idaho Trucking Association Convention was held in McCall, ID August 2015.  RTTI received the ITA Fleet Safety Award in our mileage category, Duane received the Safety Supervisor of the Year, and John Kemp was nominated for Driver of the Year.  Go Team RTTI!

RICH THOMPSON TRUCKING, INC.

In 1982, Rich started his own hauling business selling hay to dairy farmers.  Fueled by his drive to succeed, soon one truck, himself, and a few part time employees grew into seven trucks.  With his entrepreneurial spirit, strong integrity, and work ethic, Rich was ready for his next venture.  What started small has now turned into the strong team-oriented business that RTTI is today.
